Elite 1: Bitter Rivals Quick Results: Savoie gets 2nd Belt with promotion
Its been almost a year since Elite 1 as held an event at Casino New Brunswick but that all changes tonight. The Moncton promotion will hold their 35th event tonight which is titled Bitter Rivals. The title actually has meaning as two of the promotions biggest draws, Alderic Keith and Middleweight champion Christen Savoie square off for the vacant Welterweight championship. For anyone who has followed either on social media, the two fighters have verbally sparing for the last couple of months so fireworks can be expected in the cage.
Also on the card feature two more pro fights and six on the amateur the side. All fighters were able to come with no issues at the weigh in yesterday but the fight with Ryan Atkens and Craig Kennedy has been taken off the card after a medical issue with Kennedy. While Top MMA News is not in the building tonight we will be able to keep you updated with results. Here is how tonight’s action has gone down
