Battlefield Fight League 57 went down last night from the Hard Rock Casino in Coquitlam, BC. In the main event Jamey-Lyn Horth pushed her pro record to 2-0 with a second round TKO over American counterpart Christina Ricker. BFL also crowned two new amateur champions in Perry Hayer and Marlan Hall.

    Im sorry but cards like this just seem like a money grab to me. I have nothing against ammy mma and think its important but only 2 pro fights? And not even good ones. Those 4 “pro” fighters probably didnt even get paid 2k combined. But yet tickets are $60 to $120. Hopefully BFL can afford to bring in some new b.c talent now instead of watching the same WW’s fight over and over again. Then have them move up to MW and fight again.
