First and foremost all of us here would like to express our congratulations to Matt MacGrath on a long successful career. “The Belt Collector” recently announced his official retirement in order to spend more time with his family. MacGrath retires with an 18-10 and held the Welterweight Title in Xcessive Force FC, Elite 1 and Extreme Cage Combat.

  • Although not MMA related a huge congrats goes out to the undisputed #1 Female boxer in Canada Jelena Mrdjenovich who competed in her 50th pro boxing match and picked up a dominant Unanimous Decision for her 38th career victory all while defending her WBA and WBC World Featherweight Titles.

Just read that Brent Keryluke and his wife Nicole both passed away on May 5th,2018 In a tragic motorcycle accident just outside of Innisfail Alberta. Sadly he leaves behind 2 children.

I’m sorry if this was already posted on the site, I did t see anything. But I believe it’s important for the Canadian MMA community to stick together regardless of its politics.

There has been a go fund me set up for his children, I’d hope that we can all come together and donate at least a few dollars.

Cheers and stay Safe everyone. Hugs your loved ones :)
