Letourneau hit the epitome of her career when she met UFC Strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk for the title at UFC 193 in November of 2015. Unfortunately “Trouble” came out on the losing end of a unanimous decision. She made history fighting in the first ever UFC Flyweight bout a TKO loss to Joanne Calderwood this past June at UFC Fight NIght 89. After another difficult weight cut back down to 115 lbs. a split decision loss to Viviane Pereira the UFC and Letourneau parted ways. Dying for a chance to fight a her more natural weight of 125 lbs Letourneau signed with Bellator who announced their intentions of proceeding with Letourneau’s favored weight class.

Ducote nick named “Gordinha” first entered the Bellator cage in 2016 scoring a submission win over Bruna Vargas. All told she is 3-1 inside the rounded cage with her loss coming at the hands Llima-Lei Macfarlane at Bellator 167 this past December. With Macfarlane looking to be first in line for the newly minted 125 lbs title a win here for Ducote could get her the rematch she has been looking for with high stakes on the line.

Bellator 181 goes down July 14th from the WinStar World Casino & Resort in Thackerville, Oklahoma. The card is headlined by Patricky Freire and Derek Campos who meet in a rematch at 155 lbs.
