Unified MMA 27 Moved to June 3 with Two Title Fights


Unified 27EDMONTON — Due to a number of unforeseen situations affecting our main card, #Unified27 has been moved from May 13 to June 3 in Edmonton.

Refunds or ticket exchanges are offered to those affected by the date switch of the event.

In the co-main event, Tanner Boser will challenge Tony Lopez for the #UnifiedMMA Heavyweight Championship. In the other co-main event clash, Aaron Bosiak and Garret Nybakken will go to war for the Unified MMA Lightweight Championship.

The highly anticipated card will also feature the return of former Unified MMA Heavyweight Champion Tim Hague, a five-time UFC veteran, against a to-be-announced opponent.

Seven-time Unified MMA vet Mike Scarcello will put his four-fight win streak on the line against Spencer Rohovie, who’s looking for his 13th stoppage win.

Welterweight Neil Doty will make his 11th trip to the Unified MMA cage against Nick Hrabec, who’s headhunting for another big knockout.

In other 170-pound action, undefeated Menad Abella is looking for his third straight win against Henrich Petrovic.

On the Unified MMA 27 Preliminary Card, four bantamweights will meet. Mike Hay returns to action against Billy Marsh, while Peter Janssen will square off with Daryll Gonzalez. In 155-pound action, Cody Purtell will meet Tyler Morrissey.

    I have a question about Unified I hope someone can answer. When you win the title some someone there does the physical title change hands or does the former champ get to keep a replica of the title that they won?

    99 percent of promotions you get to keep the belt you win. Not sure about unified. I cant imagin its any different
