Featherweights.

Tweet most recently won the inaugural Prestige FC Featherweight title after defeating Jessica Miele by unanimous decision this past March. “Not So Tweet’s” last foray into the Invicta FC cage was a 46 second TKO lose to current champion Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino in February 2015. A proven finisher ending 88% of her wins between the bells, she may not have the glossiest record but Tweet has spent her career fighting the best of best in WMMA with her loses coming against the likes of the aforementioned “Cyborg”, Ronda Rousey and fellow Canadian Julia Budd.

Walker, a member of Team XFC, started her career in 2011 fighting once a year and amassing a 4-0 record before receiving the call from Invicta FC. The “Black Mamba” made her Invicta FC debut last April defeating UFC veteran and Invicta mainstay Peggy Morgan by unanimous decision.

Invicta FC 17 goes down May 7th from the The Hangar at OC Fair, Costa Mesa, California. The event is headlined by Bantamweight champion Tonya Evinger defending her title against Colleen Schneider. The entire event will be streamed live on UFC Fight Pass.
