Fernandes, as mentioned above, is currently riding a 10 fight win streak which includes wins over the likes of Antonio Banuelos, Yoshiro Maeda and Masakatsu Ueda. “The Flash” is currently sharpening his skills at AMC Pankration along side UFC Flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson.

Belingon, a long time One FC staple, has gone 4-4 in the promotion with wins over the likes of Yusup Saadulaev, Thanh Vu and David Aranda Sanatcana. To earn the shot at the Bantamweight title, “The Silencer” earned a unanimous decision over contender Koetsu Okazaki at One FC’s 23rd event.

One Championship 36 goes down January 23rd from the Changsha Stadium in Changsha, Hunan, China.

Another win for Fernandes against mediocre competition. I just don’t get why a guy so talented with a ten fight win streak doesn’t want to challenge himself with tougher fights. I get that he fights for ONEFC but there has to be some other explanation. I guess I’ll just have to pray for a Josh Hill vs. Bibiano Matchup in 2016.
