host city of Regina, Saskatchewan (all fight pending ACS approval).

Sean Quinn will make a celebrated return to action in front of his hometown fans as he steps in against Eric Wilson in a rematch from their fight from 2013. Wilson won the original encounter by earning a doctor’s stoppage TKO in the third round, but Quinn believes the victory to be highly contentious.

“This fight isn’t a rematch. Eric didn’t win our fight,” explained Quinn. “I took a bad step and tore my ACL. I wasn’t done and I didn’t quit. I got up and continued to fight. The ref decided to stop the fight. It’s not like Eric caused the injury. We’re continuing where we left off. I was winning before and I’ll finish him off this time.”

Quinn began his MMA career in 2006 and won five of his first six fights. His career log posts four wins via submission and two by knockout including his most notable victory – a first-round finish of Kyle Oliviera. Now healed up from three major injuries and two surgeries, Quinn returns with a fresh mindset and surging confidence.

“I had a very long time that I couldn’t physically train but I spent every day for the last three months immersed in this sport,” noted Quinn. “I am mentally sharper than ever, and as far as I’m concerned, I’m more dangerous than ever.”

Wilson will be looking to right his ship which has gone astray since defeating Quinn. The Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, fighter fell just short in his last outing as he dropped a unanimous decision to Louie Sanoudakis at Prestige FC 1.

In the other newly set tilt, rugged Justin “The Animal” Schmit, who fights out of Strathmore, Alberta, tangles with Ricky Guillen, a fighter and coach from Bakersfield, California, in a middleweight undercard bout.

Prestige FC 2: Queen City Coronation signed fights to date:

    @EPerez

    Be real man. Nobody wants a crack at Katona. They all say they do. Then they start thinking about it. Then they pull out and leave Brad high and dry.

    Cant blame them tho. Brad’s punches hurt. Alot.
