Gesias “JZ” Cavalcante. MMAjunkie.com was the first to report the news.

Ricci as mentioned above was supposed to tangle with Yoshida for the vacant Titan FC Lightweight strap but he missed weight by  2 lbs. and Yoshiyuki decided to pull out of the fight. “The Martian” earned that shot at the gold by defeating both Jorge Gurgel and George Sotiropoulos inside the Titan FC cage. This won’t be Ricci’s first tilt at 170 lbs. as he did fight some regional bouts at that weight plus most notably he competed on the 16th season of the Ultimate Fighter at the higher weight making it all the way to the finals before dropping a decision to  Colton Smith.

Cavacante, currently a member of the Blackzilians, he’ll be making his Titan FC debut after a 4 fight stint in the WSOF where he went 2-2 alternating wins and loses capping it off with a second round TKO loss to Melvin Guillard at WSOF 11. “JZ” is a 10 year veteran of the fight circuit having competed in almost every major organization excluding the UFC he holds notable wins over the likes of Tyson Griffin, Bobby Green, Caol Uno and Rani Yahya. Gesias is also no stranger to fighting up in weight as he also had some of his earlier bout at 170 lbs.

Titan FC 32 goes down December 19th from a still yet to be determined location in Lowell, Massachusetts. The card is headlined by two title fights  as Dave Herman takes on Jon Madsen for the vacant Heavyweight title while Desmond Green faces of with Steven Siler for the promotions vacant Featherweight belt.
