Jesse “The Body Snatcher” Ronson has confirmed that his next UFC fight will be against Francisco “Massaranduba” Trinaldo at UFC Fight Night 36. The bout will take place in Jaragua do Sul, Brazil on February 15.

This will be the second UFC for London, Ontario’s Jesse Ronson (13-3). Ronson debuted at UFC 165 and suffered a split decision loss to Michel Prazeres in a fight where Ronson started slowly but finished strong. Prior to entering the Octagon, Ronson had reeled off eight straight victories against some top Canadian fighters.

Trinaldo (13-3) is 3-2 in the UFC following his Middleweight debut with the promotion on TUF: Brazil. Now a Lightweight, Trinaldo is coming off a loss to Piotr Hallman in a fight that Trinald submitted to a Kimura.

The Fight Night 36 card is to be headlined by Lyoto Machida and Gegard Mousasi in a Middleweight matchup.
