Top MMA Radio Gets Aggression Out with Ford, Fader, & Owen

By:

topmmanewsTHUMBWith three shows in eight days, it is time to get aggressive as Top MMA Radio has three guests from Aggression Fighting Championship.

First, “The Real Deal” Ryan Ford comes on the program to talk about his Aggression Fighting Championship fight with Brendan Tierney on March 23. Ford talks about his time with Bellator Fighting Championship, when his contract is up with the promotion, and what his future holds with them. Ford talks about Tierney, how hard it is to get opponents, his training with Tristar, and his family.

Next up on the show is AFC promoters Darren Owen and Steve Fader. The dynamic duo talk about the madness of running three shows in eight days and two shows on the same day. The promoters break down the AFC 16 show in Winnipeg and the AFC 17 show in Edmonton – both of which are being held on March 23.

Don and Keith also recap the big UFC 158 show that saw Georges St-Pierre and many other Canadians come out of with wins. They also recap the AFC 15 Calgary show and make predictions on the upcoming weekend’s events.

I really hope ford gets the border issues cleared up, cause I am sure that is why the UFC has not come calling as well as he is under contract to Bellator. on Ryan’s twitter account I see that he is pursuing onefc as well as as another Asian promotion which would be sweet they would love Ryan over there.

I’m not sure if it’s just the US that he can’t get into, I know he’s been to Mexico so it’s not a matter of not being able to leave Canada!

Ya I know that’s why I think onefc or pfc Philippines would be great exposure for Ryan when his deals up with bellator. I hope onefc gives him a shot fans would love him over there.
