Every fight on this card with the exception of Robins fight was a joke. If there is one thing I hate it’s padded records and it would appear that Tri-Star is sending their fighters well on the way to building one. Congrats Robin! your passion for this sports really hits close to home for me I have mad respect for you.

I am so happy. It was such an amazing experience that I will have for the rest of my life. Derek was so strong and so tough for me, and he made me earn it. Also, I have a new friend now, he is an awesome competitor.
This was the first time I was able to truly stay calm in a fight, and I enjoyed every second of this experience and I will hold it close fr a long time.
I am so happy right now. I’m so happy at how hard it was and I’m so happy I could make it work.

My wife is taking me to Mexico for a week I am the luckiest man in the world I will miss all you nerds. :)

The next Slamm event should be co-sponsored by Tristar and Campbell’s soup. After all, with the exception of Robin’s fight, it was Tristar fighters versus tomato cans.

Mic Dufort is a legit fighter and put up a good battle.

  25. Joey says:

Pereira’s opponent was not a tomato cans, Mick is a very tuff fighter. In amateur Mario lost against Dufort, it was a very good rematch yesterday.

Thumb up 2 Thumb down 0

  26. I’d have to agree. The Pereira-Dufort was really the only evenly matched bout on the card Friday (neither are from Tristar). Their amateur bout was very close too.

  27. ChrisB says:

My apologies. The Pereira-Dufort fight was legit as well.

  28. harry balls says:

I saw Dufort fight at Ringside as well. His sloppy, weird, style really effs up his opponents. I really hoped he was gonna finish Pieira at one point.
    Robin looked good. Damn good.
Great to finally meet your better half and catch up with you and MAD.

…..haha how long did you stay at that bar with the drunkest bartender ever?
