The Crow Returns October 6th
Former UFC Middleweight title contender and former Tachi Palace Fighting Middleweight champion David Loiseau (20-10) makes his long-awaited return to the cage when he meets Christopher McNally (5-4) at the CES MMA event scheduled for October 6th at the Dunkin’ Donuts Center in Providence, RI.
Loiseau has not fought since February 2011 when he defeated Leoplado Serao to earn the Tachi Palace Fights’ Middleweight strap. Since his epic championship war with Rich Franklin in 2006 “The Crow” has gone 6-5 with wins over Todd Gouwenburg, Andrew Buckland and Solomon Hutcherson but has battled a myriad of injuries and confidence issues during that time. Now back at 100% and with a rekindled love of fighting, Loiseau is looking to put together another big time run.
McNally, a South Carolina native, had a recent 2 fight win streak come to an end when an accidental low blow caused his bout with Dave Mewborn to be declared a co contest. Having only fought professionally since 2010 “Macimus” has already faced UFC veteran Eliot Marshall and Strikeforce veteran Derek Brunson .
CES MMA will also feature the MMA debut of WWE legend David Bautista who will take on Rashid Evans.
