the fight scene was well choreographed but the commercial as a whole is awful.

Why Dr. Paul? Why not just use GSP? Much more marketable then.

This commercial tells me NOTHING about the prodcut they’re trying to advertise. All I know is if I open up a box that has a Nexus 7 pad in there, I will be attacked by colorful ninjas.

    And I won’t even mention the acting…

    and J,

that’s why your high school English teacher is nothing more than a high school English teacher.

That was very unrealistic. All GSP does when he fights now is lay on his opponent.

@M – He also steals their souls in the process. Thing is that would have been very hard to show in the commercial so they opted for this instead.

Having GSP rip the soul out of a Ninja would have improved the commercial, and been a more realistic use of the CGI.

Yeah but showing that type of heart and career crushing type of damage (ala Fitch, Kos and Hardy) would have probably ended up with a rating on the commercial that would have had it only able to been shown middle of the night after an infomercial.

He reminded me a lot of JCVD when he said “Come and get it.” Might just be the accent…..
