  8. Mitch says:

Was not expecting O’neil to beat Arnette. Especially so quick. Fluke?

Thumb up 5 Thumb down 2

  9. @Mitch… the O’Neill win was all timing. O’Neill’s head kick was a millisecond from being an illegal blow to a downed opponent. However, the kick landed immediately after Arnett raised a hand to try to avoid the illegal kick, which then made the kick legal.

Thumb up 2 Thumb down 1

  10. bully fan says:

Mike o is the real deal and I suggest if you think it was a fluke then you step up and fight him mitch if that’s your real name

Hot debate. What do you think? Thumb up 6 Thumb down 6

  11. Mitch says:

It is my real name, bullyfan. Whats yours? That would be a bad fight for him, flukes don’t usually happen two fights in a row.

Thumb up 3 Thumb down 2

  12. cavemanbully says:

whats your record Mitch? do u fight at 145? have a last name? but as for the fluke comment dont find any flukes in mma as in any given fight anything can happen every move you do can set up a finish or a loss for you, the thing that won that fight for me was the inside leg kick and when i saw jesse decide to jump back to his feet i reacted with the head kick. i was fully expecting him to stay down and play guard game but jesse made a bad decision and one thing i do great is kick hard. Another thing that a educated fan would notice is i’m more well rounded in mma then jesse and have fought more and fought tougher guys.

Thumb up 2 Thumb down 4

  13. bully fan says:

If this mitch is so sure it was a fluke why doesnt he make weight and take a fight with mike? Ill tell you why because he knows mike would make a high light reel out of him, The bully is the real deal and 45ers watch out.

Thumb up 2 Thumb down 3

  14. bully fan says:

Mikes wrestling is top notch and stand up is at the highest level of the game, his last loss was because of severe dehydration as he was KILLING his opponent in the first, this mitch is likely a key board warrior. fighters fight i know for a fact mike would never decline a fight offered to him as he is a real fighter, fighter fight!

Thumb up 2 Thumb down 4

  15. greg says:

keith grienke his hand was off the mat before Caveman bully threw the kick… It pains me to say it cause i was rooting for Arnett :( but I’m man enough to call it how i saw it and i was there front row and bought the show the next day and watched it a ton of times. I’ll give O’neill his due he fought a great fight as i was expecting him to get GNP’d but he obviously has killer kicks, dropped him with a leg kick that was scary but that head surprised me and impressed me that kick alone didnt stop the fight Arnett the heart of a lion kept fighting!

Agreed greg his kicks are nasty, this kid is ufc bound!

  19. Matt says:

well i had you picked to win mike you looked meaner and tougher and bigger.plus you do have more fights and are much more well rounded i have been to all your fights in winnipeg and seen you put on great fights even after the dehydrated you fought Fisette ( i was the nurse you hooked the IV up to you lol)and put on a great fight! so forget what the keyboard haters think!

Thumb up 3 Thumb down 2

  20. bully fan says:

That slam in winnipeg reminded me of rampage jackson! google that fight Mitch and watch what would happen, then add the last head kick to the mix and we have a well rounded fighter. Mitch I realize your feelings were hurt when your boy got crushed last weekend but thats what happens when my boy shows up hydrated and in shape. what would you even know about fighting or making weight? caveman get back in there asap cant wait to see it

  21. Caveman Wilma says:

I have seen O’Neill twice in Winnipeg and was very unimpressed. 0 for 2 against WAMMA. He should join Leading Edge if you want to improve, but they probably train too hard for Mike.

Good win in Calgary. I never saw it. Result surprised me. 0% chance of making UFC.

I bet Greg, Ryan F, Matt the nurse, and bullyfan are all the same guy. 0% chance that O’Neill has 4 fans.

Hot debate. What do you think? Thumb up 4 Thumb down 4

  22. cavemanbully says:

thanks Matt lol i forgot bout you lol that was a rough night but having the flu and cutting weight is what made that night so horrible and was a big learning experience for me.That experience taught me lots in why i cant fight at 135 as dieting my self as much as i did was not healthy and cutting weight when u feel sick is a bad idea as it makes the cut that much worse and dangerous. Lesson learnt!!!
thanks to everyone who does supports me And i will continue to train and improve!

Thumb up 1 Thumb down 1

  23. cavemanbully says:

@caveman wilma yah i lost to 2 guys from WAMMA if u are unaware WAMMA is one of the top teams in the Country, no shame for me in losing to them, Lastly i do train at Leading Edge time to time, and they are all great fighters there, and no doubt i probably would improve a bit more with them in addition to my current training.

  25. bully fan says:

I tend to agree the guys a wamma are good but why bring up those loses in that way? That was a long time ago and mike improved leaps and bounds. Wouldn’t surprise is the last statement was made by a cocky wamma guy. Or by another hater like mitch or wamma guy or maybe there both 1 in the same.

LOL at Chris Lauzon defending Mike O’Neill.

There are pro fighters on local shows like Tyler Davis and Sean Quinn tonight. Chris Lauzon may have got paid to fight, but I wish he was not allowed to call himself a pro fighter.

Mikes a stud, he would own any of these haters. I don’t know chris but I’ve seen him fight once and he’s got heart. Unlike some of the people in here who post and critique mikes fights but its highly doubtfull any of these guys fight. Not many guys are going to be lining up to fight him

Who the fuck cares who won what and and who lost when.A Fighter is not defined by wins. A fighter is defined by training like a champ and having the balls to get in a cage and potentially losing in front of an arena full of fans. If you are an MMA fan/spectator just stick to that. Don’t get caught up in the political shot talk. If you really knew what every fighter went through to even get a fight, you would be speechless. Just keep your downgrading comments yourself and be happy that there are some men out there who train hard and get into a cage and fight regardless of the outcome.

  32. George Carlos says:

Switzerland.. is that you Nico?? lol.. Just to comment on this thread as it has been taken over by wildfire. I am biased as Mike is a good friend and we are training partners but the fact is Mike took on a highly rated wrestler like Arnett when he was also offered Bunn who was 0-3 who had lost to Arnett..Mike has never backed down from a fight and is a true warrior. As far as his win goes, it was legal kick and that’s all that matters..his kick didn’t finish Jesse, his choke did. Haters are gonna hate and sometimes this could be a good thing.. I think a few more guys know who the Caveman Bully is after this. It’s about time he kick someone in the face..lol and earn his nickname!!
