These aren’t even real weight classes people.

Oh and who cares what Edwin weighs in at like it was going to have any impact in the already known end of this fight.

Prediction? Harris blows through Edwin like so many sheets of tissue paper in the middle of the first round.

PS – Can we get Harris a real opponent next?

Hot debate. What do you think? Thumb up 6 Thumb down 6

@Kyle, Doerksen, Day and Starnes. Not sure if Day is still fighting but I’d pay to see an in shape Day take on Harris.

  8. Jerobe says:

Everyone knows Edwin is a washed up vet just looking for a paycheck. Luke will walk through him. I highly doubt Edwin even trained for this fight.

Fuckin disgraceful, especially to a guy like Luke who always shows up in fantastic shape.

I got Luke absolutely crushing the hell outta Dewees and Dewees getting cut.

Hey man, that’s all I ask. Let’s not over dress a can of spam and call it a filet mignon. Luke needs to get in with dangerous people and show what most people seem to already know.

  14. Slick says:

@Jerobe is correct. Harris isn’t gonna say no to the fight after training hard for months and Dewees knows or at least was betting on he would. They still should make Edwin hit the sauna to lose as much possible in a couple hours and make him suffer a bit. It was quite interesting another commission took 40% from a fighter for missing weight. A much higher percentage may just deter these part time fighters to get off there lazy asses, diet a few weeks before and sweat the last couple. It’s not that hard. For myself and I’m sure others here, we have all seen what some guys do to make weight, punishing their bodies to the point of collapsing to the ground in the sauna, just for that .5-1 pound

  15. Guns Loaded says:

Luke fighting this guy may be hard as he cut from 230lbs.

But does this guy want to even fight?

    Hope so

Dewwes is a bum and Luke won’t fight people better then him.

Thumb up 1 Thumb down 4

  19. Kyle Stoltz says:

@MMAPolice really?? So Luke takes a major step up in competition with a UFC vet with 37 wins then takes it at a catch weight for Dewees and then still takes it after his opponent comes in 13 pounds over weight and he’s not gonna take bigger fights. I guess we will just have to prove you wrong, but I’m sure you will complain about something else then.

  20. Idolmaker says:

No Luke is stepping up for sure. How was he to know that the blob was gonna show up to weigh ins. Major props to Luke for deciding to continue to fight, and for keeping professional.
