Wow, the UFC clearly hates Vera, Bader and Browne (does anyone else think that sounds like a lawfirm?).
Vera’s tenative style will play right into Rua’s strengths and I can’t see Bader doing anything against Machida outside of getting hit a lot. Browne kind of has a chance but Big Ben should be able to finish that fight before the bell.
UPDATE: Devin Cole replaces injured Ben Rothwell against Travis Browne
UPDATE: UFC has opted to instead remove Travis Browne from the card and promote Mike Swick vs. Demarques Johnson to the main card.
I think this is looking like a fantastic card, and free too… just awesome for fans.
UPDATE: There’s an hour long Prelim show on Sportsnet West/Pacific/One… I assume it’ll be Miller vs. Pham and Davis vs. Prado but not 100% sure.
