Lamarche= took a fight on short notice as an underdog and was a class act I appreciate him stepping up against Mark. I hope to see Steph on future Ottawa Cards…. We need more of the gyms in Ottawa who apparently teach MMA and BJJ to actually produce fighters!! Big thanks to N1 Muay Thai

Mark= Nice to see you back where you belong

I was impressed with Turner as well as Perez. Turner’s standup looked really good. I liked his front kicks near the end. Turner has simply unreal cardio, he looked ready to fight another 5 rounds.

When Perez got taken down he avoided serious damage which is impressive because Turner has nasty GNP, very nasty. You can tell Perez was prepared for it.

It was a good fight and both looked very prepared. I hope Perez fights again.

The calf slicer had me worried for Randy too. Didn’t look comfortable. Perez did get some hard GNP on him as well. In case anyone forgot: Randy is tough. So, so tough. It looked like a tough, hard-fought fight for both of them. You really can’t take anything away from either of them, it was a good battle.

  34. I together with my friends came looking at the excellent tactics found on your website and so all of the sudden got an awful suspicion I had not thanked the site owner for those strategies. Most of the young boys had been totally happy to learn them and have sincerely been enjoying those things. Appreciation for actually being really helpful as well as for picking certain useful information millions of individuals are really eager to understand about. Our honest apologies for not expressing appreciation to you earlier.
