Fight is off… Two in a row! Hey mike thanks for the kind words.. I feel amazing and am ready to bang with anyone right now. It is unfortunate and stressful putting in the work without the pay day and the win on sherdog..but at the same time feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to train and focus and improve so much these last two camps. I have pretty much been guaranteed a fight on Wreck..not sure who it will be against. With Romero I was going to prove I can hang in the top ten. It’s been 3 years of hard work and evolution since I fought Fraser and gagnon and I have improved alot in the areas I need to work on. I want to start competing with the upper echelon of featherweights in Canada again!

ive had the pleasure of particpating in one of kru jeffs classes when he was in N.S once when i was very new to training and he really knows his stuff and practices what he preaches. his stand up is as good as any FW and he has cardio for days . he seems to really be taking mma serious now and focusing on becoming well rounded , i think he will make some waves in the 145 division this year and give the top ten some tough fights. Born fighter
