  1. We must have posted at the same time Troy. I wasnt too sure what was going on with the belt situation, I heard both stories last night and couldnt say for sure. Either way Jose looked sharp out there last night and loved the “Troyaconda”

  2. Cody Rempel says:

“There is no MMA promotion around that I know of that has a champion that holds consecutive titles.”

I’m pretty sure Evolution themselves has done this, isn’t Chemelli both HW and LHW champ of EFC?

I know KOTC in the US has done it too with Tony Lopez… I think it’s okay in regional promotions but someone like the UFC would probably be less likely to do it, although there has been opportunity for it in that past.

  3. Jamie Locke says:

Well, that didn’t really clear much up as you both think your guy holds the belt.

I am by no means saying either guy doesn’t deserve it, but I’m just curious as to how is was working.

TMN, can you confirm the title picture?

  6. Troy Scheer says:

Good examples Cody, it still does not make alot of sense for promotion to do it. Would the UFC let any of its title holders hold 2 titles at the same time? I don’t think they would but you never know… All I know is what we signed the contract for and Interm was no where on it, so its the only input I can give you sorry.

No worries Kurt it draws some attention to 2 very talented fighters looking to make names for themselves so all Good!
