Professional FC Announces Windsor Show for July 16

Professional Fighting Championships is proud to present BORDERWARS: Round 1. East meets West in an explosive battle of Champions when Travis Briere the 170 lb Champion from Alberta faces off against Chris “The Menace” Clements the 170 lb Champion of Quebec and representing Adrenaline Training Centre in London Ontario for the 170 lb PFC Title. Make sure not to blink as “The Menace” is a known headhunter and holds the world record for fastest KO with a 3 second KO to his credit.

Chris “The Polish Hammer” Horodecki is considered the next big Canadian star to come out of the Great White North, we are extremely excited to announce that we will be bringing “The Polish Hammer” to Windsor in the best MMA venue in the country, the WFCU centre, for Ontario fight fans.

Additionally we will bring Windsor and Ontario fans the highest number of local stars and fighters, we are working hard to bring you the best of the best when it comes to future talent and we will deliver on that end like no other organization out there. Windsor will see Windsor fighters in our cage.

Ali “The Monster” Mokdad is back fighting at home again after his impressive and dominant finish on April 8th of MFC fighter Andreas Spang. “The Monster” will be looking to electrify the crowd once again with his relentless attack back to Windsor and look to wave his Lebanese flag proudly in victory once again .

Chucky “the energiza bunny” Mady is coming off of a huge win in London Ontario after beating a talented ground specialist at his own game and submitting the grappling champion at 2:22 of the first round. Chucky will be back looking to build on this impressive win and make it two straight in his home province and pick up his first win in front of his hometown.

Local talents Kyle Prepolec and Blake Nash out of Maximum Training Centre are both coming off of big debut wins in Quebec and we have signed both of these future stars to fight at home. Prepolec is coming off an impressive highlight reel KO victory reminiscent of his hero MMA Legend Mirko Crocop. Kyle takes on former teammate and recently #1 ranked amateur lightweight in Michigan, Theo “The Poetic Hitman” Toney in what will be an amazing battle of karate experts. Blake will be facing Ex-Spitfires enforcer and a mountain of a man in Jeff Kugel. Nash a “little big man” is coming off a big debut win of previously undefeated 280 lb giant Lenard “L.T.” Terrance. Jeff Kugel is a fighter who defeated Butterbean in his professional debut and as Spitfires fans know well, he loves to fight! This highly-anticipated event will take place Saturday July 16th, at the Windsor Family Credit Union (WFCU) in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. More details will be announced shortly.

Tickets for Borderwars Round 1: start at $35 and limited VIP Floor (which includes pre-event weigh-in event tickets, pre-event buffet in the Crown Royal Lounge and post event VIP Party) seats (first 2 rows) are available at $199.00

We Did the press conference this morning. The venue is really nice and all the guys behind the show are very down to earth. The were no egos with any of the guys involved. Every guy I talked to was open to lots of suggestions from the fighters and really seemed like they just want to put on an exciting production. They understand that this is there first event and really only seemed concerned about doing a good show and being a good example for mma in Ontario.

    Looking forward to this event.

Thank you Chris for the kind words. We are trying our best to work with the fighters in all the aspects of this show, we will take care of our fighters.

Our goal is to promote our fighters in a way that will get them their best chance at getting into the UFC. We know that the end goal is to be fighting for Dana and co. and we will do what it takes to make that happen.

Tickets start at $35, floor seats start at $49 and go on sale this Saturday to the general public. Please come out and support these amazing athletes.
