Another great night of ammy MMA fights as always the Hybrid matchmakers put together some exciting and competitive fights. Fight of the Night honors goes to the opening match between Andrew Coupland and Eric Kayolo. Submission of the Night goes to Jean-Maxim Chevrier for extremely painful and technically perfect arm bar. Other interesting notes from the night, 47 year old Saul Chung (who doesn’t look a day over 30) made his amateur debut and methodically disposed of his competition. Also, 17 year old Mathieu Papineau, out of Team Bushido, notched his 3rd win and looked amazing. Papineau showed lighting fast hands and a ground game far beyond his years, watch out for this kid in the future. Lastly, Hybrid announced their next H series card will take place June 18 with Mandell Nallo defending his Welterweight title. Also keep posted to UFC Primetime as Nallo makes an appearance as one of GSP sparring partners.
