JT Money to Face Kang at BFL 7

Jesse “JT Money” Taylor will clash against Denis Kang in what promises to be an explosive Middleweight Matchup to headline Battlefield Fight League 7: Invasion.

Riding a three-fight winning streak into his Battlefield debut, Team Quest product Jesse Taylor (17-6) will square-off against very experienced Canadian crowd-pleaser Denis Kang (32-12-2) at Battlefield Fight League 7 slated for Saturday, April 2nd at the Frank Crane Arena in Nanaimo, British Columbia.

Taylor, who holds notable recent wins over former UFC Middleweight champion Murilo Bustamante and Canadian UFC veteran Jason Day, is considered to be one of the top Middleweights outside of the UFC.
Kang who holds a stunning, 23-fight undefeated streak from 2003 to 2006 in organizations such as Pride and Spirit MC, is currently Canada’s #1 ranked Middleweight.

The Kang/Taylor matchup will headline a stacked card for BFL 7: Invasion which will feature many of Canada’s top fighters. A final main-card and the undercard are expected to be announced shortly.

Tickets for BFL 7: Invasion will go on sale Monday January 3rd at 10AM through www.battlefieldfl.com.
BFL 7 will take place on Saturday April 2nd, 2011 from the Frank Crane Arena in Nanaimo, British Columbia.

    Kang is one of my favorite fighters but I never count out Jesse Taylor.

    This fight is a toss up for me, if Kang wins he should be back in the UFC.

    On a different note we may need to hook Jesse up with citizenship, if he keeps putting on good shows for us!
