  5. Ariel Helwani did the interview and did a WAY better job than I ever could. Its hard to get Patrick to open up. He is very cautious about what he says.

    This is a great interview; I don’t know how the heck anyone could say otherwise.
    The back-and-forth banter is a welcomed change from the cookie-cutter stuff you usually see.
    Helwani has the stones to mention “there weren’t that many highlights” and Patrick takes the criticism in stride.
    The comments about his love for the UFC are pretty honest and heartfelt.
