Updated: Aggression Heads to Vernon for Next Show

Edmonton MMA has had a lot of competition over the last couple of years.  Now one promotion is leaving the scene, at least temporarily, to move to another province.

Top MMA News has been told by Harvey Panesar that his Aggression MMA promotion has moved their next Edmonton show to Vernon, British Columbia.  Panesar told Top MMA News the following:

With all the (issues) going on in Edmonton right now, we moved our April show to May 21st and … we are moving it to Vernon, BC.

However, Aggression will return to Edmonton for future dates in July and October.  As well, dates in other Canadian cities may be announced in the future.  Moin Mirz of Aggression MMA released the following statement to Top MMA News:

Aggression is very pleased to be expanding into new and exciting markets. Our business model dictated that Aggression become a domestic promotion rather than linger in one market. Edmonton is our base and our home, however we saw an opportunity that we couldn’t refuse and we jumped at the chance to hold a show in Vernon. We will be back in Edmonton July 9 and October 1 and we hope to keep bringing great quality fights to our ever growing and loyal fan base.  Keep posted for more dates to be announced in other cities as well.
