Beastman vs Bosse at MFL 2

The MFL is taking a page from the Maximum Fighting Championship and bringing in Marvin “The Beastman” Eastman to hopefully raise the profile of one of their own Light-Heavyweights.  All fans saw Dwayne Lewis’ and Ryan Jimmo’s stock rise after they beat Eastman at MFC 23 and 22, respectively.

Now its Steve Bosse’s turn to take a crack at Marvin Eastman, who has lost five of his last six fights including two close decisions to Ryan Jimmo and Ricardo Arona.  Bosse, originally scheduled to take on journeyman Jason Cecil, is Top MMA News’ eighth ranked  Canadian Light-Heavyweight and he will be looking to gain more recognition by knocking out Eastman.  The former hockey enforcer has now joined the TriStar gym to round out his game.

Eastman vs Bosse joins an already strong MFL 2 card which includes David Loiseau facing Chilo Gonzalez.  As well, there will be a undefeated Heavyweight battle between Tom Murphy and Canada’s #4 ranked Bruno Hosier.

As always, look to Top MMA News for all you MFL coverage and why not pick up a couple of MFL tickets and support some local MMA.
