Halifax MMA Fighter Dies in Suspected Homicide

The Canadian MMA community is in shock today with the sad news of the passing of Nova Scotia MMA fighter Tim Kelly last night.

According to the Chronicle Herald, Halifax police were called to a residence last night where they discovered a wounded man who was suffering from multiple unidentified wounds.

The victim was attended to by paramedics on the way to the hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after arriving.

Police identified the victim as 44 year old MMA fighter Timothy John Kelly from Halifax. Timothy last competed for ECC 10 September 26th where he won a majority decision over Corey Boone.
