Rumble in the Cage 36 Results – Bongfeldt wins RITC Middleweight Title

Rumble in the Cage was held last Saturday, September 12 in Lethbridge, AB.  Approximately 1,200 fans showed up to watch a combined twelve professional and amateur MMA fights.  In the Main Event, Kenora’s Jesse Bongfeldt quickly submitted Nolan Clark to win the RITC Middleweight title in 36 seconds.  2009 Bellator fighter Nick Ring was also on the card and quickly dispatched an overmatched Chester Post with a TKO victory in the first round.

    First round finishes are pretty common on cards with a lot of new or inexperianced fighters, I’ve seen some cards with more than 10 fights all finished in the first round!
