UFC Fight Night was in Tennessee last night and it was wildly successful.  The Nashville crowd set a UFN attendance (10,267) and live gate records ($626,077) for the UFC.  Also successful at UFN 18 was Lightweight Tyson Griffin who defeated Rafael dos Anjos by Unanimous Decision.  Griffin and dos Anjos also won $30,000 for the efforts as Fight of the Night.  Amazingly, this was Griffin’s fifth Fight of the Night bonus.

Rob Kimmons won Submission of the Night for his Guillotine Choke  against Joe Vedepo.  The choke put Vedepo to sleep in just under two minutes of the first round of their preliminary fight.

In other prelim action, Aaron Simpson scored a quick KO over Tim McKenzie at 1:40 of their first round.  Simpson also won $30,000 for his Knockout of the Night.
