UFC Fight for the Troops: Results and Bonuses

Although Mike Swick lived up to his nickname and quickly knocked out Jonathan Goulet, he did not receive a Knockout of the Night bonus.  Instead, headliner Josh Koscheck stole the $30,000 bonus for his devastating knockout on Yoshuyuki Yoshida in the Ultimate Fight Night 16 main event

WEC Light-heavyweight champion Steve Cantwell earned his $30,000 by delivering a stomach-turning armbar on Razak Al-Hassan.  Al-Hassan would not tap and earned what looked to be a severely damaged troubles for trying to fight out of the submission.  Video replays showed his elbow either breaking or popping out in grotesque detail.

The Fight of the Night bonus went to Jim Miller and Matt Wiman.  Miller, who took the fight on a week’s notice, dominated Wiman on route to a three round decision.  Miller even won the fight 30-26 on one judge’s scorecard.
