XMMA 6: Jimmo vs. Forbes, Guillet vs. Johnson

By:

I received an email from Joey Benoit last night, Matchmaker for the XMMA organization, and they are set to have their 6th show Nov. 8th titled “House of Pain” taking place at the Colisee do Laval, set to take place LIVE on the Fight Network again.  XMMA 5 was the first live Canadian show on the Fight Network and it had great success. Look for the hard working staff at XMMA to build on their momentum.

The main event for this card will have one of the Easts best Lightweights against one of the best West lightweights when Kajan Johnson takes on Samuel Guillet for the XMMA 155 pound title.

In a featured bout Jesse Forbes will be facing Canada’s Ryan Jimmo. Jimmo was part of the current season of the Ultimate Fighter but didn’t make it past his first match and didn’t get a chance to join the rest of the fighters in the house.  He has a victory over the tough Chris Fontaine since and looks to continue his winning streak.

Jess Forbes was a member of The Ultimate Fighter and didn’t make it to the finals, but fought a tough Matt Hamill on the same care as the finals took place. He is 5-1 since that fight, and has already tasted victory in Canada, and looks to continue his rise back to the top.

The rest of the card is as follows.
